AV Support Engineer - Investments - On Site

We are recruiting an experienced On-Site AV Engineer to support a prestigious client in central London. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable, structured environment and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge audio-visual technology in a high-end corporate setting.

As an On-Site AV Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and maintenance of all AV equipment across meeting rooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for live events, meetings, and video conferencing sessions

• Proactively monitoring and maintaining AV systems to minimise downtime

• Troubleshooting and resolving faults quickly and efficiently

• Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality service

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3+ years’ AV engineering experience in a corporate or high-end environment

2. Strong knowledge of conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex)

3. Hands-on experience with AV hardware including Crestron, Extron, Poly, and Logitech

4. Excellent client-facing communication skills and a professional attitude
