Business Analyst - Client Services - Inside IR35

As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for strategic and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications

• Supporting project delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Ensuring alignment with compliance, risk, and data governance standards

You will ideally bring:

1. 4+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within Financial Services

2. Strong understanding of investment products, operations, or technology

3. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders

4. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
